Backstreet Boys member, Brian Littrell, has been diagnosed with H1N1, commonley known as Swine Flu. The Boys were in the midst of a promotional tour for their new album, This Is Us, which is in stores today, when they found out. All the promotional stops, including a signing in New York and a performance on the Ellen DeGenres show, have been cancelled, or pushed back to a later date. We wish Brian a speedy recovery!
